The Bridge House
Named for the enclosed bridge spanning a seasonal stream, the Bridge House is both a landmark property and a wonderful family home. Built of local stone and timber, it is set on nearly an acre of choice land by the side of the Pemi River amid old-growth birch, maple, elm and spruce. Although the Loon Mountain ski area is right there, this is the quiet side of the mountain and often all you can hear is the sound of wind and water.
From the architectural detail of the master suite, to the river and mountain views from the Great Room’s windows, to the breezy screen porch (with fireplace), you’ll take pleasure in every corner of the Bridge House.
The Bridge House was the first home built at The Landing, a community dedicated to preserving the mountainside’s pristine beauty. To arrange a tour or for information on other homes and homesites at The Landing, call 603-745-6230.
